Youth Wushu ( 7 - 12 years old )

• Learn agility and co-ordination through Wushu
• Develop fundamental movement skills (running, jumping, spinning)
• Develop Motor Skills (speed, strength, balance)
• Training Wushu fundamentals (Fist, Palm, Kick, Stances, Cartwheel , Jump Kicks )

• Experience the variety and versatility of Wushu movements

Teens Wushu ( 13 - 19 years old )

Our Teens Wushu class is very well disciplined. By this stage, the environment is more serious and intensive. This class focuses on self-control, physical fitness, and perseverance.

• Enhance your physical ability through Wushu stretching & endurance training
• Learn Wushu fundamentals (Fist, Palm, Punch, Kick, Stances).
• Learn agility and co-ordination through Wushu
• Develop acrobatic skills and jumping ability through Wushu aerial movements (Front Roll, Cartwheel, Jump Kick, Aerial Movements )
• Learn Wushu Weaponry and various styles of open hand routines
• Improve coordination and self-defense knowledge through Wushu sparring sets .
• Certified Coaching and program content through Advance Martial Arts (AMA) & the International Wushu Federation (IWF)

Adult Class

Our adult program is perfect for all levels. We allow adults to train at their own pace. It is an excellent class to get in shape and learn effective self-defense and relieve stress built up throughout the days.
Chinese kick-boxing, Qin Na 

The class is training between two or more opponents (also known in the U.S. as “san da”) which teaches full contact sparring with emphasis on kicking, punching and takedown techniques, as well as consist of controlling an opponent’s body (Qin Na). Qin Na’s controlling, takedown, and pressure point techniques make it a varied and real-world self-defense art for especially for the women.
Competition Team Training 

Our instructors have won many national and international competitions and use their experience to teach you how to get the competitive edge. This class is tough but very rewarding. It has produced many young national champions!
Wushu routine (taolu) training comprises of traditional martial arts movements such as punches, kicks, sweeps and blocks. In addition, the routines incorporate the elements of jumps, turns, spins and acrobatics in the most difficult and dramatic fashion. Various Chinese weaponry, choreography and “Shaolin” style forms are taught in this program.

The goal of all our programs is to create a fun, safe, educative and friendly environment in which our students are able to meet and exceed their personal goals. Our programs also strive to engage themselves into becoming an integral role in the physical lifestyle of our students. This is accomplished by providing quality coaching and support to our students, and promoting physical excellence through the martial arts regardless of the age, gender or natural abilities of our students. Programs are offered for Adults, Youth and Children.

Advance Martial Arts Academy offers a wide array of programs designed to complement the majority of martial arts enthusiasts.

These programs includes:
• Taichi太極拳(Yang style, Chen style, Taichi sword, Taichi Fan, Double Weapons etc.)
• Traditional Chinese martial arts (ShaoLin - 少林拳, XingYi - 形意拳, Bagua - 八卦掌, Baji - 八極拳, Southern Fist - 南拳,Wushu Animal Forms -象形拳etc.)
• Wushu Weapons (Straight Sword - 劍術, Broadsword - 刀術, Spear - 槍術, Staff - 棍術 etc.)
• Effective self-defense / Chinese Kick-boxing(散打) / Qinna(擒拿術)
• National Wushu Tournament (US National Wushu Team Trials -美國國家隊選拔賽)

AMAA uses a belt system to recognize student Wushu progress.
